Great food and service as usual

Chips were reheats, promised £3 off when using voucher and at checkout refused to give the discount even though we had the email voucher, the shop said ot should have been applied at online order but when I put in the code at ordering it stated it did not apply despite using correct code. Shambles, do not order from here.

Fish supper was really lovely tonight. Compliments to the chef.

Picked up my order from maybole chippy after it being 15 mins late (which wasn’t really an issue) the chips being really dry wasn’t really an issue either but the dead fly was. I rang them and explained the situation, they offered to replace it if I drive back! (Ruining the family meal) or a free meal with my next order (as we were in the area for only two nights, that’s no help either) I didnt go into detail or felt the need to but the person who received the corpse in their meal has an eating disorder so there’s no way they will eat from there again. I asked for a refund on the meal and I got told they need to discuss it with staff and will ring me back in 15 mins …. Which surprise surprise never happened! Cowboys!

First time ordering and we weren’t disappointed. Delivered on time, food was hot, milkshakes looked good (didn’t last long) they’d been drank before I got to try them! I really enjoyed the haggis and the fish smelt and looked lovely. Yeah, would definitely order/ pop in again! 👍🏻

Fish batter was a bit overdone and whilst there was a lot of chips, they were mostly made up of the “ends” and really didn’t have many decent sized chips.

We bit late

Ordered via website, food arrive promptly on time and was very enjoyable. Can't fault the shop and service. Would recommend and will use again. However the website needs a bit of work, no pop-up menu for Salt & Vinegar options for products other than the Fish Suppers as far as I can see and a decided lack of photos of the meals.
